Terms of Service

Last updated: July 6, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Infotrik Technologies website and any services we provide.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Infotrik Technologies ("Infotrik", "we", "us") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services Description

Infotrik provides software development, design, cloud, and related IT consulting services as described on our website or agreed in a separate written proposal, statement of work, or contract with each client. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are governed by that separate agreement, which takes precedence over these general Terms in case of conflict.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, access, and information reasonably required for us to deliver services, and to use any delivered software or systems in compliance with applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for a client transfers to the client upon full payment. Infotrik retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general know-how used in delivering services, and may reuse non-client-specific components across projects.

Payment Terms

Fees, invoicing schedules, and payment terms are set out in the applicable proposal or contract for each engagement. Late payments may result in suspension of services until accounts are brought current.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or personal information disclosed during an engagement, and to use it only for the purposes of that engagement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infotrik's total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable contract. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for fees for work performed up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise specified in a client-specific contract.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
